The Club rules are designed to ensure the comfort, enjoyments and safety of our Members whilst maintaining the highest level of health and training for all Members, Guests and Employees. As the rules set forth part of the terms and conditions of the membership agreement, failure to abide by these may result in the Member or Guest being asking to leave the Club. The Club reserves the right to amend any and all rules and regulations without prior notice to its members.

CLUB ACCESS AND CHECKING IN

Entry to the Club is gained on presentation of a valid AAC® membership key fob at the Front Desk or by providing your name to a receptionist.

GYM, PERSONAL GROUPS, FITNESS CLASSES & MARTIAL ARTS

High standars of personal hygiene must be mainained and Members must take every effort to deodorise before using the gym.

Footwear & clothing must be clean and free from odours.

Appropriate exercise clothing must be clean and free from odours.

Bags, personal belongings including coats and mobile phoes are not permitted in studio classes. Bags and coats are not permitted in the Gym.

Once you have finishes using any gym equipment please ensure that all weights are safely placed back in the racks provided.

Due to health and safety we do not allow late entry into classes. Members or their Guests will not be permitted to join classes after the class has started. This is to ensure the class is safe and to avoid interrupting and upsetting other Members. Please note inappropriate or aggressive behaviour towards staff managing class attendance will not be tolerated.

If you are unable to partake in a class that you have booked please cancel by calling the club so that another member is able to attend.

No glass containers, hot beverages or food are allowed in the gym or studios.

HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS

Members will be required to undertake an introduction assessment and induction to the Clubs programs, equipments and facilities. However, the Club cannot take responsibility for the monitoring of Members and Guests at all times and all equipment and facilities. As the Club ofer this introductory service to all Members and guests, the company will not accept liability for injury or harm to individuals using the equipment. If individuals have failed to attend an induction, it is their responsibility to ensure the schedule attendance as soon as possible before their next training session.

All Members & Guests should ensure they have completed and sign the Club's Medical History Form prior to undergoing any form of exercise. For reason of hygiene and safety, all Members & Guests must read and abide by the following: avoid drug and alcohol intake before exercising-receive instruction on the use of gymnasium equipment prior to commencing a new exercise programme-suitable clothing for all activities must be worn/footwear must be supportive.

ACCIDENTS & INCIDENTS

In the case of an accident or incedent please report it immediately to the Duty Manager. Where necessary incidents will be referred to a third party and will be investigated in detail.

CLUB OPENING & CLOSING HOURS

Please respect the opening and closing hours of our Club's faclities.

PERSONAL INFORMATIONS

It is the Member's responsibility to inform the Club of any change of contact/adress details.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Club and we ask that your refrain drom smoking outside our entrance.

LOCKERS

Please do not leave bags or personal items in the lockers overnight as they will be emptied every morning and may be stored off site.

FOOD AND DRINK

Food and drink should not be consumed inside the gym or studios.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

No Member or Guest shall use, possess or distribute illegal drugs or substances while on the Club's premises.

ETIQUETTE

The safety of our Members, Guests and Staff is of paramount importance to us. These Club rules and etiquette are in place to ensure that all Members, Guest and Staff feel safe and secure when with us in the Club.

We ask that you conduct yourself in a quiet and well-mannered way that will not disturb or impari the use and enjoyment of the Club by any onter person. Members must not shout, use foul or abusive language (in any language) or behave in a threatening or intimidating manner of any description towards any other Member, Guest or member of Staff.

Members should treat other fellow Members and Staff as they would wish to be treated themselves. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and the Club will take action against such conduct which shows lack of respect for others or which leads people to feel threatened. No drunkeness, bad language or other misconduct is permitted on the Club premises.

Please consider others when using your mobiled phone and keep calls to a minimum.

Mobiles phones are to be on silent mode when in the Club's facilities. Members, who wilfully remove, damage or destry property belonging to the Club, or to Members or Guests on the premises, will be liable to have their Membership revoked.
